Key Responsibilities

We are looking to hire for several roles at our Winnipeg facilities. Please read below to see descriptions of jobs available:

Sewing Machine Operators:
Work as part of a larger team to complete garments
Sew various parts of a garment including, but not limited to, pockets, flaps, zippers, hoods and sleeves as well as lining to the shell
Assess the quality of garment pieces before sewing to ensure garments are up to Canada Goose quality standards
Ensure individual productivity quotas are met or exceeded daily, while at the same time maintaining Canada Goose quality standards

General Labour Role:
Prepare boxes and skids to pack cut goods
Take off all cut parts from the cutting machine table, sort and pack them up
Perform quality checks on all pieces prior to packaging
Explicit the conveyer to optimize the cutting machine operation
Assist the cutter operator to move spreads on to the cutting machine
Able to lift up to 50lbs
Other duties as assigned

Cleaning Role:
Cleaning equipment surfaces, fixtures, desks/tables (boardrooms) and kitchen surfaces
Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming all floors
Refill supplies for building occupants (example: toilet paper, paper towels, soap,



cleaning supplies, etc.)
Washing interior windows, walls and ceilings
Emptying and removal of all garbage, debris and recycling from the building
Other duties as assigned

Production Support Role:
Efficiently pick, pack, and verify raw materials orders for production.
verify, receive and store raw materials to designated locations.
Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory as required.
Assist in moving WIP and down bags.
Maintain a clean warehouse,
Lift up to 50lbs
Perform other duties as required.
