The Production Supervisor plays a key role in achieving operational goals related to safety, productivity, quality, and continuous improvement. By working closely with your team, you will help maintain a team-oriented, efficient, and safe work workplace.

Responsibilities
Supervise, support, and lead a team of production employees
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and engagement standards
Monitor shift productivity and adjust resources, priorities, and planning to meet targets
Provide coaching, training, and development to team members
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives (suggestions, problem‑solving, process optimization)

Qualifications
Post‑secondary education in a relevant field (technology, industrial engineering, mechanical, electrical, administration, or management) or significant supervisory experience
More than 2 years of supervisory experience, ideally in an industrial environment
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Motivation to work in a agile, rapid‑paced, and constantly evolving environment
Commitment to workplace health and safety
Interest in ongoing professional development and advancement opportunities
Availability for day/night rotating shifts
