This full time, in-office position requires exceptional attention to detail and quick processing of financial activities for event support. As a Bookkeeper, your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate financial records, leading month-end closures, and assisting with billing and payroll. With events tied to Indigenous communities, this role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth financial operations under pressure. Post transactions and maintain reconciliations
Create and manage billing and receivables
Process vendor payments and handle expenses
Support payroll through accurate time tracking
Keep capital and inventory records up to date Requirements:
At least three years of relevant experience
Expertise in QuickBooks Online and spreadsheet software
Solid analytical and judgment skills
Familiarity with multicultural settings
