Duties include (but are not limited to):

Responsibilities:
Supervise construction workforce and oversee in office construction activities to construct the project effectively, safely and within budget.
Hire, train, supervise and mentor craft personnel; oversee own-forces crews and subcontractors and manages the work.
Develop and maintain open communication with crews, trades, project team and clients to ensure project performance, safety and quality requirements are met.
Prepare work plans and scheduling to determine manpower levels, material quantities, and equipment requirements.
Monitor and execute the project construction plan;
Lead effective site meetings with craft, trades, and project teams.
Examine field conditions,



corrects inaccuracies and implements cost saving measures.
Understand project scope and apply engineering principles to troubleshoot and resolve challenges.

Required Skills:
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on civil oilfield projects
Excellent leadership qualities
Strong time management skills able to keep crews to task and maintain an established work schedule to complete the projects in a timely fashion
Organized and able to complete regular project documentation
Able to work collaboratively with the project management team
Robust communication skills able to delegate and provide instructions clearly with sufficient detail
Proven leadership capabilities and able to mentor workers for advancement
Valid drivers licence and clean drivers abstract.
