Provide nursing care per established policies and resident care plans
Deliver excellent personal and nursing support to residents
Supervise Personal Support Workers on the unit




Communicate effectively with residents and families about care
Conduct ongoing assessments for residents' needs Requirements:
Registered Practical Nurse in positive standing with the Ontario College of Nurses
Experience in Geriatrics or senior health is preferred
Ability to identify risks and ensure positive team dynamics
Completion of Vulnerable Sector and Criminal Record Checks
