We are working with a trusted client to find a dedicated and experienced Operations Specialist to oversee the daily functions for an organization in the pet industry. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment while delivering excellent customer experiences and ensuring the well-being of all dogs in care.
What You Will Be Doing:
Ensuring smooth operations across all services while maintaining a secure, clean, and engaging environment for pets and exceptional service for their owners
Coordinating daily operations, maintaining high standards of animal care and safety
Handling client inquiries and concerns
Optimizing workflow across daycare, boarding, and grooming services
Staff scheduling, training, performance management, and fostering a positive,
team-oriented workplace culture
Who You Are:
Minimum of two years of customer service experience
Robust leadership skills
Ability to effectively manage and support a team of up to 12 staff members
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a genuine passion for working with animals
