Mystery Shopper Responsibilities:
Visit a specific booth at an event instructed by Inventa and act as a customer to assess service, cleanliness, and overall customer experience




Assessing event staff on their ability to engage and interact effectively with the public
Follow assignment guidelines and remain discreet
Record observations and submit accurate, timely reports
Provide feedback to help improve customer satisfaction
Travel to event location
Ensure that company standards and protocols are followed and take corrective action as needed for continuous improvement
Submitting invoices on time, following invoicing guidelines and inputting hours accurately within company software

Requirements:
Must have a Valid (Provincial) Drivers License
Applicants must be 25+ to drive rental car
Based in the Fredericton, Saint John or Sussex, NB
Comfortable with speaking and presenting in French and English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Day Rate: $250!

Other Compensation: Paid training, rental vehicle or mileage and event entrance reimbursement
