Capilano Group’s Stanley Park Pavilion is seeking a Chef de Partie to contribute to a high-quality, creative culinary experience for guests. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, assist with menus and budgeting, train staff, and ensure strict food safety and presentation standards in a rapid-paced workplace at Stanley Park, Vancouver.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years of culinary experience, banquet background, and Red Seal (or equivalent) with Food Protected Level 2 certification.
