As a Registered Practical Nurse, your shifts will be from 8am-8pm, with rotating weekends. This full time position prioritizes patient relationships, relying on your compassionate care and critical assessment skills. Conduct scheduled visits to assess patient health
Provide secure, ethical nursing care daily

CNO registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
Driver's license and access to a vehicle essential
Experience in community care is preferred
Demonstrated reliability and flexibility for patient travel
