Reporting to the Manager of Infrastructure, this position requires a 4th class stationary engineer certificate or a Refrigeration B operator certificate. You will engage with systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarms, ensuring uninterrupted operations and compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to on-demand service requests promptly
Perform preventative maintenance via CMMS tools




Analyze breakdowns and coordinate necessary repairs
Conduct daily inspections of mechanical/electrical systems
Maintain inventories of spare parts and compliance documents Requirements:
Experience in building operations and maintenance
