Requirements: • 3–5 years of hands-on EIFS/Synthetic Stucco experience • Proven skill in independently completing installations • Valid driver’s license for reliable transportation • Solid knowledge of flashing and weatherproofing • Certifications in WHMIS and Fall Protection are a plus
