Main responsibilities :
Perform technical interventions on the road;
Repair, installation, maintenance and upkeep of computer equipment at the customer's premises; (computers, POS, printers, etc.)
Communication with customers;
Preparation and organization of documentation required for service calls;
Training / certification required by our clients to assist in the calls;
Be available evenings and weekends for emergencies;
Inventory management.

Conditions of employment
Must have a car and a driver's license;
Be open to perform clearances and certifications.
No criminal record. A background check will be conducted.
Available night and weekend for emergency call.
