We are seeking a skilled individual to fill a (Hybrid) position at our client's Surrey Main office. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary knowledge and expertise to excel in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Utilize specialized knowledge to analyze urban water, sanitary, and drainage systems, as well as conduct data management, model setup and calibration, and system assessment.
Facilitate the development of Infrastructure servicing plans for neighborhoods and city-wide areas, and provide guidance to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Employ hydrological and hydraulic modeling techniques to support the development of Integrated Stormwater Management Plans and Flood Management Plans.
Collaborate with team members to design rainwater source control LID concepts.
Conduct technical analysis related to civil engineering design, including municipal water, sanitary sewer, drainage conveyance works, and hydraulic structures.
Prepare detailed construction cost estimates, implementation plans,



and operation and maintenance manuals.
Produce transparent and concise technical memorandums and reports for both internal and external audiences.

REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of qualified experience are required.
Eligibility for skilled licensure (P.Eng.) with EGBC is necessary.
A demonstrated track record of hydrological and hydraulic analysis and modeling, infrastructure master planning, and flood management planning is essential.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, AutoCAD, Civil3D, ArcGIS, QGIS, and other computer programs is required.
Familiarity with project management and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team are highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
