10+ years in heavy industrial or manufacturing operations.
Engineering Degree.
7+ years leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary maintenance teams
Must be familiar with heavy rotating equipment in a continuous manufacturing setting
Must have previous knowledge of bearings, bearing mounting and lubrication system
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Knowledge of papermaking and stock preparation equipment and processes.
Familiar with common safety practices in the industrial field, such as lockouts, confined space entry, WHMIS, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
