What Firms Are Looking For:
3–10 years of experience as a law clerk in a firm setting
Solid drafting, file management,



and organizational skills
Experience with Ontario courts, filings, deadlines, or transactional closings
Ability to work independently and support one or multiple lawyers
Exposure to common legal tools (Divorcemate, PC Law, ACL, Primafact, Teraview, etc.)
Professional, reliable, and comfortable juggling deadlines
