Our client is looking for a dedicated Insurance Broker to join their team and manage an active caseload of insurance clients.
What The Job Is:
We are seeking a full-time, in-office Insurance Broker who will be responsible for managing a caseload of insurance clients
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and service a portfolio of insurance clients
Provide personalized insurance solutions based on client needs
Process renewals, policy changes, and claims support
Liaise with underwriters and insurance providers
Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Who You Are:
Alberta General Insurance License (Level 1 or higher) is an asset — but willing to train the right candidate
Previous experience in insurance or customer service is an asset
Robust computer skills
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication
Comfortable working independently and in a team setting
