We're looking for a skilled and licensed HVAC Installer Lead or Helper to join a quick-paced, high-performing team. If you’re hands-on, mechanically inclined, and take pride in top-quality installations, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
What You’ll Be Doing
Install full HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, and wiring
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics with confidence
Handle mechanical work—welding, plumbing, and appliance repair included
Test systems for peak performance and safety
Maintain accurate records of all work and materials
What You Bring to the Table:
G2 Gas Fitter license required (313D or 313A also accepted for A/C work)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in HVAC installations
Robust mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read schematics and work independently or on a team
Capable of welding, plumbing, and handling appliance repairs
Boiler knowledge is a big plus
Valid driver’s license required
