We are currently seeking licensed HVAC and Electrical contractors in and around St. John's, NL to support a growing volume of heat pump installations and electrical service upgrades.
This opportunity is ideal for both upstart and established contractors looking for consistent work without the need to manage sales, marketing, or customer acquisition.
Scope of Work
Installation of mini-split and ducted heat pump systems
Electrical service upgrades (to 200A), panel changes, and meter bases
Load calculations and coordination with utilities as
Heat pump commissioning, diagnostics, and service
Warranty and follow-up service work as
HVAC/Refrigeration Mechanic (Journeyperson or Red Seal)
Electrician (Journeyperson or Red Seal)
Active liability insurance
WorkplaceNL coverage (where applicable)
Experience with cold-climate heat pumps is a solid asset
Ability to work independently and meet installation timelines
Skilled workmanship and customer-first approach
Optional (preferred)
Oil Removal capability
