• Observe residents during activities and report changes
• Maintain program documentation accurately
• Communicate resident participation details to staff
Requirements:
• Recreation and Leisure Services diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in program planning for seniors
• Familiarity with resident assessments and care plans
• Ability to engage with those requiring additional support
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Check is essential
