We are looking for a Guest Services Attendant who embodies friendliness and professionalism in support of our guests. If you have previous experience in fast-paced hotel operations and a talent for communication, you may be the perfect fit. Expect to lift up to 60lbs and stand for extended periods while delivering a warm welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests warmly as they arrive
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Assist guests with any inquiries or concerns
• Help maintain a tidy and organized workspace
• Engage proactively to enhance guest satisfaction
Requirements:
• Experience in Guest Services within hotels
• Command of the English language; additional languages are a bonus
• Relevant Post Secondary education is beneficial
• Current Ontario Driver’s Licence is an asset
• Flexibility for wide-ranging shifts including weekends
