Key Responsibilities:



• Develop high-quality employee health and training programs • Conduct health intakes and manage vaccination documentation • Collaborate on return-to-work and accommodation plans • Maintain communication with insurance providers regarding claims • Conduct monthly workplace inspections and provide reports

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Registered Practical Nursing Diploma • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario • 2-3 years in a relevant nursing environment • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices • Proven conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
