This position offers temporary assignments and requires flexibility in hours and locations. You will perform clinical assessment, develop wellness plans, and provide education on mental health management. Reporting to the Manager, Clinical Services while collaborating with various program managers will enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: • Complete evidence-based client assessments and interventions • Conduct client orientations for program understanding • Create timely treatment and relapse prevention plans • Implement group educational programs as directed • Support clients with life skills coaching
Requirements: • University degree in Social Work or Nursing • Two years recent experience with vulnerable populations • Knowledge of mental health treatments and policies • Bilingualism considered an asset • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
