Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver food for residents, guests, and employees
• Review menus and ensure aesthetic food presentations
• Conduct daily temperature audits of storage areas
• Prepare therapeutic/specialty diet meals according to menus
• Actively participate in special meal planning
Requirements:
• Food Handler's Certificate mandatory
• Experience in large quantity food preparation
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and food regulations
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
• Vulnerable Sector Check required
