Key Responsibilities: • Adhere to site safety protocols at all times • Execute carpentry tasks such as door and window installations • Maintain a clean work environment through consistent clean-up • Read and understand technical site drawings • Collaborate effectively with subcontracted trades

Requirements: • 10+ years of residential renovation experience required • Clear communication skills in English • Physical fitness and own PPE • Valid BC Driver's License and vehicle ownership • Red Seal Carpentry Ticket desired, or ability to challenge
