Minimum five (3) years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience in Manufacturing Industries.
Ability to multitask and prioritize items.
Robust attention to detail, accuracy is critical in this role.
Ability to follow up on items.
Excellent communication skills.
Be able to interact and build relationships with employees at all levels.
Employee relations experience and ability to resolve issues.
Comfortable speaking to groups of employees.
Must be able to establish credibility and handle confidential matters.
Ability to work onsite every day.
Experience with HRIS Systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Workday.
Competent in computer software such as MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
