We’re looking for driven, motivated, and career-focused HVAC Installers and Service Technicians to join a growing team. You'll play a key role delivering top-quality installations, servicing, and repairs in residential homes — all while creating an outstanding customer experience.
You bring:
Minimum 3 years of recent HVAC experience (furnaces, A/C – central and ductless, gas boilers, tank/tankless water heaters)
Gas Fitter 2 License
Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or Red Seal)
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Transparent criminal background
Robust technical skills, excellent customer service, and proven performance in past roles
Ability to generate HVAC leads and enroll customers in protection plans
Comfortable working from heights and on ladders
A team mindset with a positive attitude and sense of accountability
