As a technician, you will:
Deliver exceptional service while offering expert advice on HVAC solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
Ensure all equipment installations and repairs meet or exceed Technical Standards & Safety Authority (TSSA) codes and local building requirements.
Follow Energy Star installation and maintenance protocols like a seasoned pro.
Educate customers on system care, maintenance, and high-efficiency upgrade options.
Perform full-spectrum inspections on HVAC equipment—general and detailed.
Maintain a clean, well-stocked service vehicle.
Explain the advantages of modern, energy-effective HVAC systems.
Promote relevant services and products on every job—without ever upselling what isn’t needed.
Deliver a 5-star customer experience every time—or make it right before leaving the home.
Ask satisfied customers for online reviews—you’re that good.
What You Bring to the Team:
At least 3 years of recent HVAC service experience (furnaces, A/C units, ductless systems, boilers, tank and tankless water heaters)
Valid Gas Technician B license
Clean and current driver’s license
Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
Strong technical skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Accountability, reliability, and the drive to get the job done right the first time
Qualified communication and outstanding customer service skills
