This full time, permanent position is pivotal for ensuring effective and productive hostel operations. You will lead various teams, facilitate training, and be responsible for hiring procedures along with staffing schedules. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations ensuring high-quality client services
• Recruit and train hostel supervisors and staff
• Conduct staff meetings for continuous updates and feedback
• Manage schedules using HRIS systems
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in a management capacity
• Relevant degree in administration or equivalent
• Understanding of First Nations health issues
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to undertake shift work, including weekends
