Support preparing annual operating and capital budgets
Assist in quarterly business reviews of financial performance




Prepare year-end tax workbooks for PWC Review
Coordinate annual insurance renewal processes
Complete quarterly property operating cost reconciliations Requirements:
CPA designation or in progress preferred
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
Robust skills in Microsoft Excel
