Duties & Responsibilities

Organize backroom product and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes

Use PDT and MMS systems to perform daily tasks

Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed

Expertise in assigned areas of product inventory, product placement and expiry dates

Maintain store standards related to image and trends

Ensure product displays are consumer focused and shoppable

Receive merchandise in accordance with receiving policies and procedures

Maintain a neat and organized backroom according to principles of backroom organization

Ensure proper documentation is completed with respect to the receiving and return of goods

Support Front Store Manager / Assistant Front Store Manager in maintaining quality and standards

Clean image to customers in accordance with uniform policy and dress code

Takes initiative to acknowledge and assist customers in the aisles

Comply with all health and safety regulations





Comply with all store standards

Comply with loss prevention policies and procedures

Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

Planning, judgement, and decision making

Efficiency, organization, and neatness

Ability to cope with changing situations on the sales floor

Cash responsibilities (if applicable) require accuracy and efficiency in processing customer orders

Experience

Some computer and cash register skills

Well organized with ability to keep records

Detail oriented

Ability to work independently

Self‑motivated

Working Conditions

Ability to work versatile shifts, which may include nights and weekends

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to climb a ladder

Compensation
