Facilitate high-volume recruitment efforts for corporate banking roles as a dedicated Consultant. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to attract top talent in a hands-on setting.

In this 12-month contract position, you'll be responsible for supporting executive recruitment while juggling multiple job requisitions concurrently. You'll partner with hiring managers and HR to implement effective recruitment strategies, utilizing your experience with ATS to enhance recruitment processes. Your ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships will be vital.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• 2–4+ years in corporate, high-volume recruitment
• Experience in banking or finance beneficial
• Proven background in full-cycle recruitment
• Robust communication and branding skills
• Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools including Workday
