Your expertise will guide the development of content for HR policies, Total Rewards programs, and cultural initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
Act as primary counsel for People and Culture communications
Lead strategies for annual HR and Total Rewards programs
Develop campaigns supporting wellness and IDEA initiatives




Create communication toolkits for people leaders
Mentor and guide a team of communication professionalsRequirements:
5–8 years in internal or corporate communications
Solid HR knowledge of compensation and performance management
Ability to translate technical HR jargon into clear messaging
