In this role, you will collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to uphold the high standards of AIRE Ancient Baths. Your duties will include overseeing the maintenance of pools, ensuring optimal chemical levels, and supporting general maintenance activities. You will report regularly on the health of the facility to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee 8+ pools for maintenance and cleanliness
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues as they arise
• Organize and maintain stock and supplies
• Provide regular facility condition reports
• Perform daily maintenance tasks as required
Requirements:
• Experience in facility maintenance (1-3 years preferred)
• Understanding of plumbing and HVAC systems
• Capable of multitasking and quick decision-making
• Reliable and punctual with a versatile schedule
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs comfortably
