Be a vital part of Queen Margaret’s School's Equestrian team as Equestrian Operations Support Staff in Duncan, BC. Ensure the highest level of care for horses and support equestrian programs daily. This full time role involves practical responsibilities in horse care and facility maintenance at QMS. Your experience with horse handling will help maintain the well-being of our equine residents and assist in Rider Development programs. Provide daily care: feeding, watering, and stall cleaning
Handle horses safely between various areas and program sites
Groom, blanket, and prepare horses for riding




Monitor horses for health issues and assist with medications
Maintain equestrian facilities with repairs and upkeep Requirements:
Experience in a busy equine workplace preferred
Solid horse-handling skills and safety knowledge
Familiarity with equine health and nutrition
Valid BC Driver’s Licence and legal work entitlement
