Reporting to the HR Manager, you will oversee Argus' Health and Safety Management System while offering guidance to leaders on compliance with Alberta regulations. As a critical team player, you'll drive risk management strategies, incident investigations, and employee training programs promoting protected work practices across facilities. Your contributions directly impact the safety standards and operational efficiency at Argus.

Key Responsibilities:



• Administer and update health and safety management practices • Conduct regular workplace inspections and assessments • Manage training and competency programs for employees • Lead incident investigations and corrective actions • Track health and safety trends and communicate findings

Requirements: • Completion of health and safety certification • At least 3 years in an H&S; role • Strong knowledge of Alberta OHS regulations • Proficient communication skills • Effective in traveling between Edmonton and Nisku
