Oversee daily operations of housing programs

Support staff development and recruitment initiatives
Cultivate partnerships with community organizationsRequirements:
Diploma or degree in Social Work or related field
Solid understanding of Indigenous cultures and histories
Experience in housing or community services management
Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
