Pathfind has partnered with a progressive organization within the hospitality industry to find their next Front Office Manager. Reporting directly to the General Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for the general front office management for a key and busy hotel in Leduc.
What You Will Be Doing:
Human Resource Management - staff selection, scheduling & supervision; employee performance management; payroll review; health & safety.
Front office management/operations - budget & financial oversight; Manage front desk budgets & ensure operational cost controls; revenue management; contracting; inventory control.
Guest Experience - managing the guest experience and ensuring they are up to company standards.
Financial Stewardship - billing; accounts receivable; revenue performance; budgeting and financial operations.
Commuication and collaboration - team communication; cross divisional collaboration; client communication.
Technology Management
Sales - develop leads; conduct sales presentations & manage group bookings; account management:
Who You Are
Excellent leadership & communication skills are required
Strong organizational and time management skills are required
Requires computer skills & knowledge of Property Management Systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams & PowerPoint
Strong understanding of all aspects of Hotel Front Desk operations
Post-Secondary degree / diploma and/or Skilled Certifications are a definite asset
