About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Military Family Services, a pivotal role in the executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, delivery, and continuous evolution of programs that support the self-reliance, resilience, and readiness of military and veteran families. This includes shaping a national approach to family services that directly contributes to the operational readiness of the Canadian Armed Forces. The role demands an accomplished and credible executive leader with extensive experience in social services, community development, or a related field, and a proven ability to lead large-scale,



complex programs within multi-stakeholder environments. The ideal candidate will be a consultative and collaborative leader, adept at building trusted relationships across government, military, and community partners, and fostering high-performing internal teams.
