The suitable candidate should have the following qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in applied linguistics, education, or other appropriate discipline
Certification from a recognized TESOL training program
Proficiency in English, excellent verbal and written skills
Experience in teaching online
Minimum two years of experience teaching ESL/EAP
Specialized training or experience in teaching English for Specific Purposes highly valued
Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
Passion for teaching
