Collaborating across business lines, you’ll elevate the customer experience while delivering financial solutions and training on Alliance products. With a focus on program management, you will conduct regular needs assessments to identify growth prospects.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or finance
• Minimum four years of related experience
• Expertise in business development and consultation
• Knowledge of lending and marketing practices
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
