Hiring: Senior Manager, Brand & Growth Marketing | Toronto – Hybrid

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Brand & Growth Marketing to join a growing financial services organization. This is a high-impact prospect for someone who can bring together brand strategy, performance marketing and customer acquisition to drive measurable growth.

What you’ll be doing:
Lead integrated DTC acquisition and growth marketing campaigns
Shape brand, go-to-market, media and creative strategy
Own acquisition targets, KPIs and paid media performance
Optimize conversion funnels and the digital customer journey
Drive A/B testing and continuous performance improvement
Manage agency partners, budgets and forecasting
Turn customer and campaign data into actionable growth strategies

What we’re looking for:
7+ years across growth, digital, brand and DTC marketing
Strong track record in customer acquisition and paid media
Experience with attribution,



funnel optimization and performance analytics
Hands-on familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI and SEMrush
Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills
Financial services, fintech or online investing experience is an asset
