Become a Community Relations Co-op Student with NexGold, engaging with community members at the Goldboro Gold Project in Guysborough County. This role balances fieldwork and administrative tasks in a adaptable setting. As a part of the Community Relations team, you will engage in outreach and support various community events and communication efforts. This position includes regular travel throughout Nova Scotia and offers valuable experience in public relations, Indigenous engagement, and rural community development. Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with residents and organizations
Assist in logistics and planning for events
Create and distribute community-facing materials
Track engagement metrics and update databases
Collaborate with other departments for task completion Requirements:
Enrollment in a co-op program relevant to the role
Solid writing and organizational skills
Valid driver's license for travel needs
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Canva tools
