This full-time position allows you to work closely with the estimating team to create accurate budgets and estimates for diverse projects in the industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors. Under the guidance of the Chief Estimator, you'll ensure that projects adhere to quality standards and budget expectations while actively seeking improvement opportunities in construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare budgets, estimates, and proposals for clients
• Participate in negotiations and post-tender discussions
• Create and manage various project databases




• Coordinate meetings and assist the estimating team
• Monitor project risks and provide solutions
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in an estimating role
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience in tenant improvements and renovations
• Familiarity with construction estimating software
• Understanding of various contract types
