Compensation
$18.25/hr base + mileage + tips
Realistic earning potential: $24–31/hr
Both part time and full-time positions available

Start: Delivery Expert — learn routes, customer service,
and store systems
3–6 months: In-store cross-training (make-line, oven, phones) + shift lead responsibilities
6–18 months: Assistant Manager / Shift Manager track for top performers
Long-term: Multi-store leadership opportunities for those who want it
What you need to apply
Valid BC driver's license
Personal vehicle with valid insurance and current safety inspection
Ability to pass a background check
Solid customer service attitude
Comfortable with basic math and a quick-paced environment
