Job title: Consultant Management

Responsibilities
Work closely with the People Strategy Lead and Workforce Strategy Staff to implement D&I; initiatives across ETS locations globally and monitor their success.
Partner with ETS Strategy Staff to ensure smooth communication, regular feedback and progress on milestones.
Drive cross super-department coordination on divisional efforts (e.g., recruitment programs such as Return To Work, Women in Technology events and the people agenda, etc.)
Report schedule status to multiple levels of stakeholders in a transparent, concise and transparent fashion
Demonstrate valuable time management, resource management, ability to prioritize tasks and to meet deadlines across multiple projects
Display strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading projects at times of change

Requirements
5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy implementation, and program management




Possess solid interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Demonstrate the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment while juggling multiple tasks
Well versed in the project lifecycle, project coordination or project management
Robust Excel skills – able to analyze and manipulate large sets of data to inform stakeholders including shortcuts and formula functions, building charts and graphs, sorting and filtering data, utilizing pivot tables, macros
Superior PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project and general MS Office skills
Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and strategic planning ability

Nice to have
Experience in management consulting firm a plus
Organizational strategy background
Experience in project and operation management positions in IT , Finance or Consulting industries
