We seek a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and on time. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the set-up and clean-up of construction sites
Load and unload materials and equipment
Operate basic hand and power tools
Perform general labor duties as directed by the site supervisor
Follow all safety protocols and regulations
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors - Adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
Assist with any other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
Solid work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Safety-conscious and able to follow protocols and regulations
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints is an asset
