M3 Staffing is hiring Construction Safety Officers (CSO) for projects across Vancouver & the Lower Mainland. We’re looking for reliable and safety-focused individuals with 2–3 years of construction safety or site experience and valid OFA 2 or OFA 3 certification.

Responsibilities
Respond to onsite incidents and provide first aid when required
Conduct site inspections and identify safety hazards
Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings
Ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC and OH&S; regulations
Complete safety reports and maintain accurate documentation
Promote secure work practices on site





Requirements
Valid CSO certification
OFA 2 or OFA 3 / First Aid certification
2–3 years of construction or safety-related experience
Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and emergency response
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and at multiple job sites
CSA-approved steel-toed boots and PPE
Legally authorized to work in Canada

Assets
Driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience on high-rise, residential, or industrial projects
Additional trades or safety certifications
