Our client is a leading commercial/industrial developer with a large portfolio of commercial and industrial assets across Ontario. We are recruiting a Project Coordinator with 2 years of experience in retail construction to join this established team. This is a one year contract with the potential to extend.

About the Role
Responsible for document management and tracking

Log in and distribute shop drawings and other related submittals

Create and coordinate documents such as Purchase Orders, Subcontracts, RFIs

Manage and file documents for projects both digitally and hard copy

Clerical duties include typing, filing, document tracking, data entry, etc

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience:

Solid working knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)





Strong time management and organizational skills required

Post-secondary education a requirement preferably Construction Management

2+ years experience preferably in the construction industry, preferably with retail construction experience.

Ability to work with others as a team

Ability to work adaptable schedule as the project schedule demands To be considered for this role, you must have experience working in a GC environment, preferably in the GTA. Must be local to the Greater Toronto Area to be considered for this role.
