Our Client is an established turn-key project management company that develops and builds condos in trendy neighbourhoods in Toronto. Due to continued growth, we are hiring a Project Coordinator to support the Project Management Team.
To be considered for this role:
3+ years in a construction admin/coordinator role in Toronto
Experience in condo construction including permits and approvals and Tarion Home Warranty
Degree/Diploma in construction related program
Solid organizational skills and can adapt to challenges
Positive client interface sills
