Stoneridge Mountain Resort in Canmore, AB seeks a Houseperson to join its cleaning staff. Deliver top-notch guest experiences through meticulous cleaning and maintenance of hotel spaces.
In this full time role at Hotel Equities, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas. You will address guest concerns and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Keeping accurate logs and managing cleaning supplies are also key components of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide cleaning services for rooms, hallways, and common spaces
• Respond to guest concerns and offer assistance
• Gather waste and maintain cleanliness in shared areas
• Log daily tasks and track assigned keys
• Manage lost and found items according to policies
Requirements:
• Experience as a Room Attendant or in housekeeping preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
• Strong physical health and stamina required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility in work hours, including weekends
